District implements phone system updates
To better serve our customers, the District has implemented a new phone answering service. When a customer calls during business hours, they will be greeted with a few simple prompts to help direct them to their specific need.
The prompts are as follows:
If you are experiencing a sewer back up or need information regarding our program for sewer back up assistance, press 1.
For questions regarding your sewer bill, please press 2.
For vendor accounts payables, please press 3.
For permit inquiries, scheduling inspections, or other sewer construction related information, please press 4.
For all other general information, please press 5.
If you are a customer experiencing a sewer backup, please call us at any time to report the incident. We have personnel on call at all hours.
