Important Notice Regarding Online Billing

Please be advised if you received an email from Invoice Cloud stating your autopay will be processed for August, that was sent out in error. Downers Grove Sanitary District no longer utilizes Invoice Cloud for billing services and as of today, August 10, their services are no longer available.

If you were on autopay through Invoice Cloud, your deduction will NOT be made. Please make sure you register your account and sign up for autopay under our new billing portal through City Insight at paysewerbill.dgsd.org to continue that service. We apologize for the confusion.

Please also note, if you are registered for Easy Pay, your deductions will continue as scheduled and no action is needed.
