DuPage County Needs Your Help Developing Water Quality Plan for East Branch DuPage River

Everyone lives in a watershed, and it takes a community to maintain and protect it! Downers Grove Sanitary District is helping DuPage County Stormwater Management (SWM) gather input on water quality concerns or issues in your watershed. SWM is asking local residents, businesses and others to provide input and data through the County’s Water Quality Collector App at http://gis.dupageco.org/citizenreporter/. Examples of water quality concerns include erosion, algae, debris jams, sediment build-up or other observations. This information will be used during the development of the East Branch DuPage River Water Quality Watershed Plan to identify both problem areas and potential projects.
