In observance of Labor Day, the District’s administration center, located at 2710 Curtiss Road in Downers Grove, will be closed Monday, Sept. 2, 2024. The District’s office will reopen at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 3. If you are a customer experiencing a sewer backup, please call us at any time at (630) 969-0664 to report the incident. Downers Grove Sanitary District is hiring for the position of full-time Sewer System Technician. The Sewer System Technician is responsible for the operation, investigation, maintenance, repair and rehabilitation of the District’s sanitary sewer system and reports directly to the Sewer System Maintenance Supervisor.
