In observance of Labor Day, the District’s administration center, located at 2710 Curtiss Road in Downers Grove, will be closed Monday, Sept. 4, 2023. The District’s office will reopen at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 5. If you are a customer experiencing a sewer backup, please call us at any time at (630) 969-0664 to report the incident. The Downers Grove Sanitary District invites the community to visit the Wastewater Treatment Center for our annual Open House on Saturday, Oct. 7. Please be advised if you received an email from Invoice Cloud stating your autopay will be processed for August, that was sent out in error. Downers Grove Sanitary District no longer utilizes Invoice Cloud for billing services and as of today, August 10, their services are no longer available. General Manager Amy Underwood, who is the current President of the Central States Water Environment Association (CSWEA), presented Maintenance Supervisor Jeff Barta with the 2023 CSWEA Operations Award during the July 18 Board of Trustees meeting.
